Hello Mike, You can setup a Redirection Form Completion Event and append your own Querystring parameters if you'd like by doing so: Say this is the redirection URL specified: www.yoursite.com/default.aspx?Submit=True&Redirect=True This would be a static Redirection URL since it will always contain the same values. To achieve a Dynamic Redirection URL(Dynamic Querystring values), you will need to enable the feature within a form question - Pass Value of this question to a querystring variable. This will append the short field name of the question as well as the value contained within the field before the form was submitted. Can you let me know what your issues are exactly as well as the Dynamic Forms version you're on? Thanks, Ryan
