1. In the current version you can only align the link buttons to the left or right but in the next version you will have the option it to the center. You can optionally work around this, check out this thread on centering Dynamic Forms Submit Button to the Center.
2. The easiest way to do this would be to create an HTML field or add a link button (when changing the center alignment on question #1) that would simply redirect the user back to the same page they are on (and thus clear the fields since it redirects with an empty page). In the future there will be in option in v2.5 to use client side events to do things such as clear fields, hide submit button until there is a valid form etc...
For issues #3 and #4 it sounds like this should be working as you described. You might create a support ticket on Snowcovered for these as you should be able to set a custom stylesheet (default) for all labels and then also override them on each specific label.
On Issue #3 make sure you check/uncheck the word wrap feature under general settings (besides setting the label column width). You might think (based on the label/description of the setting but I think you might want this option checked.
