    Is there a way to automatically update the total when the combo box control is changed?

    It doesn't even do this on the example at http://www.datasprings.com/products...lculations

    e.g. OnSelect or OnChange doesn't automatically update the total label.

    You have to change focus of the mouse; click elsewhere; before the total is updated.

    Is there any way to dynamically update the total as an option is selected?

    When I update onBlur to OnChange in Firebug... it automatically updates the total.

    Now, where to change this in the source without messing up the module.

    Or, can I just create a function that calculates the total OnChange

    Hello Matt,

    You can always create you're own Combo box by using the Text/HTML Question type and providing HTML to render a combo box. Maybe you'll want a layout like so:

    Label: [Combo Box]

    You can simply create this using HTML. Now I'm sure you'll notice that you're unable to obtain the selected value to use in Form Completion Events etc...

    Well you can add the onBlur event to this combo box and assign the selected value to a Dynamic Forms hidden field question type by using some JavaScript.

    Then reference the hidden field value when needing to obtain the value of the combo box's selection.

    So if the ID of the Combo box inside of the Text/HTML control is "States" then you would do the following:

    1.) Find the ID of the Hidden field question type that you have created on the form by either searching through the source code of the page or by using a developer's tool to find the hidden field(Firebug).

    2.) Plugin the assignment JavaScript into the onBlur section of your custom HTML combo box:

    document.getElementById('States').value = document.getElementById('HiddenFieldID').value;

    The hidden field ID will probably be over 40 characters in length, it's a large GUID meshed in with some meaningful text.
