    This is a great product and we love it.  We've bought it and we're just setting it up.

    But, when we do a search, it returns records but says "Your search returned a total of 0 records." above the records.

    I've attached PDF of screens.

    What am I missing?  I'm sure it's simple.  I've had a look round here but can't find anything to help.

    Apologies if it's simple.

    Hi David - This was a known bug however I think it was fixed within the most recent version... Can you let me know the specific module version under Host, Extensions?

    Hi David - We had a release that represented 04.10.30. Can you please check under the Collection Downloads or the Patches and Hot Fixes and verify that you are on this patch because I do know that there were several fixes put in place recently.

    Hi Chad - 

    I've checked our DNN store account.  We downloaded 

    25414_26244_DataSprings_DynamicUserDirectory_40_10_00_DNN5PLUS_StandardEdition.zip

    and

    25414_26244_DataSprings_DynamicUserDirectory41_FullSourceCode_ReviewLicenseAgreementBeforeUnZipping.zip

    but there's nothing in the account for patches.

    And I can't work out where the later versions are here on the site.

    If I download an eval an install it, will it wipe the serial number?

    No luck, I'm afraid.  Did upgrade.

    Both DNN and User Directory show 4.10.3 but still shows 0 records.

    I've attached screens.

    I've also shown that we've got Dynamic forms installed and the version - in case that's relevant.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for upgrading. One more thing to try. Can you please go back to the User Directory's Module Configuration and under the Google Map settings, disable both radio buttons there (Show Map on Page and Enable Location Search). It looks unrelated but I have another case where this was triggering the 0 results.

    Please let me know what happens. Thanks!

    Thanks for this.  Your suggestion made me look at the settings again.

    OK.  So it's all my fault.  But so others can learn from my error...

    I hadn't set the number of records to return nor the rows to repeat.  Both were set to zero.

    So, I put 10 and 1 respectively (seems like what we want).  And it all works.

    Apologies for wasting your time.

    Great product.
