Hello, I have a client using registration module for 3-4 years. We upgraded recently to 4.2.7, and when one person tried to register and make payment to authorize.net he reported this error:
(error in processing paypal payflow pro) check administrative settings
I have not changed any configurations. Authorize.net is selected as the process, the right keys are entered, and the tokens are all still there that we have used for years.
There is no error message in the event log on the website.
Not sure how to address this one. My hunch is that maybe the error message is misleading and says "paypal flo" instead of "authorize.net" But if its an authorize.net error, there is no explanation.

Hi Jon, Please access Dynamic Registration 4.2.20 from the DNN Store, either from Patches or, if you have the Collection 5.0, from MyDownloads. This should clear out this issue. Please let us know what happens. Thanks! Candace

CANDACE, Thank you, that has remedied the issue. No matter what gateway a person uses a misleading error message always appears that is always related to the "Paypal" Gateway. So we are using authoritize.net, yet any error messages say paypal... Here is a sample: Erroring processing PayPal Pay Flow Pro. Please check account settings. |
