I have a link URL like this file.aspx?DSParam1=12345

When I click on this link on my page, it will popup a lightbox using iFrame to another page that has Dynamic Form. I want to be able to display the value from DSParam1 whcih is 12345 into a field in the iFrame form. It is not working.

But if I view the iFrame page on another browser window using that URL, then the value 12345 is shown up in the field perfectly.

So what have I done wrong ?

Hi Michael - In order for this to work I believe whatever module is actually setting up the "IFRAME" would have to already be passing that value in. I believe there are some IFRAME modules out there that allow them to be able to pull in querystring variables but I am not really sure. I don't think Dynamic Forms can really make use of anything outside of that IFRAME window and I don't know how it would not be able to pull in the querystring variable if it was passed appropriately either. If you hard code the IFRAME URL to pass in the parameter, does it work then?

    Thanks,

    -Chad
