I am trying to migrate forms from Ver:4.0.11.16442 to another Ver:4.0.11.16442 on a separate site by individually exporting the module from one site into the other. Thus far it seems to properly import the form and structure (much better than a complete site import), but I can't seem to get the data transferred along with it. Is there something I am doing wrong?

We are a very large organization with multiple departments with individual sites. We are attempting to move to a centrally shared website running multiple portals, but sadly not being able to import the form data whether via a full site import or on an individual module level is a huge hindrance. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hello Billy,

When using the export/import option in Dynamic Forms, this will export all settings and configurations. This feature is not intended to export/import the Dynamic Forms submission results.

If this is necessary, you'll probably need to export all results from your originating site using SQL. SQL Server Management Studio can help.

This is not a feature that's currently supported in Dynamic Forms. Awhile back I created a blog post that will enable you to Export Dynamic Form results and import into a Custom SQL table, though this is not exactly the same, you can use this blog post as a possible alternative:

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Ryan
