    I just upgraded from opt-in email v 4.4.1 to v 5.0.0, and am running DNN 6.2.7.

First, I noticed that much of the layout in the control panel is messed up, but by using compatibility mode in IE 9, I can get around this for now.

But what is really getting me is that when I go to view email bouncebacks, the bounceback table does not display on the page. Switching to failed distributions does show the failed distributions table though.

I have tried viewing the page in IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, all with the same results.  Viewing the source code confirms that a table is not being generated for bouncebacks.  Looking  just under the code for bounceback page size control, I notice an empty  tag followed by another one containing the execute action control.

Viewing the events log after loading the page and changing page size or execute action does not generate any errors.

Looking at the OptInFailedEmails table there are plenty of entries that should show up. I am not an expert, but it would appear to me that the java script is not generating the table on demand.

I have attached a screenshot of the page.

MODIFIED: I just noticed that at the bottom of "Quick Stats" I now see the following, but not sure if it is related. -

ERROR DATABASE :Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).

    Any thoughts.

This problem is not specific to my production installation. I just took a local development install which had DNN 6.2.0 and Opt-In Advanced Email 4.1 and upgraded DNNto 6.2.8 and Opt-in to 5.0. The exact same problem occurred after the updates on the localhost dev install.

It sure would be nice to be able to manage the 400 bouncebacks that I just received after sending out a newsletter to 7000+ subscribers on Friday.

Just out of curiosity I installed a clean version of DNN 7.1.0 on my development machine. I also performed a clean install of Opt-In Email and Advanced Email 5.0  taking the upgrade out of the picture.  Once again Email Bouncebacks grid does not display, but the Distribution Failures grid does.

Seeing no one has responded with help, my question to anyone reading this is “Has anyone installed Opt-In 5.0 and been able to view the Bouncebacks grid?”  In other words, is it just me or is there a major problem with Opt-In 5.0?

I am seeing the same issue and would definitely like some resolution.
We can see that we have bouncebacks in the Quick stats, but can't get to them.

I upgraded from 4.4 to 5.0 and am also using DNN 7.1.1.

One other note.  I am seeing the following at the end of the Quick Stats:

ERROR DATABASE :Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).

Hi guys... Yes, we have been able to reproduce this and we should have a fix shortly. I can't get a confirmed date but I am aiming for sometime this week.
