    Hi,

We want to have forms like "Sign Up" for the end users so they can sign up for the tasks available. Once that task is signed up by some user, that task should not be available for others to sign up.

For e.g if there are 3 tasks (drop-down), say, Reading, Collection & Cleaning.

If any body signed up for the task "Reading", this task should NOT be visible to all others. If all the tasks are signed up, the drop down should be empty. So the users will understand that all the tasks are signed up.

Do u think is it possible with Dynamic Forms?

This form should be "template" based so the Admin user can create various "Sign UP" forms on the fly using this template.
Basically we want to add a filter to limit visibility to the items that have not been taken.

    Plz Help

This could be done... You would have to have a table which listed the tasks, then use SQL as a checkboxlist, dropdownlist that would allow the user to pick a task. When the form would execute it would 'flag' the database to show that the task was fulfilled. When the task was fulfilled it would no longer show up in the SQL used for the checkboxlist/dropdownlist of tasks.
