Here are enhancements that I would love to see:
- Drop-down menu selection for Bedrooms & Bathrooms. This would eliminate the confusion for end users on whether to enter 3, 3 bedrooms, three, 3brm, etc.
- State field to be pre-populated with either "GA," or "Georgia," etc.
- Listing Type field to designate whether it is a rental or a sale.
- Drop-down for A/C, Heating, and Garage
- Ability for "Add Listing" as a stand-alone module (maybe this is possible to call this control and I am too new to DNN to know how).
- Hide "Simple Search" option. Having looked at every major real estate site (realtor.com, zillow.com, forsalebyowner.com), I have never seen a "Simple Search" function. I personally don't think people know what to put in that field.
- Option to display Search results grid with icon that designates if the listing has a photo and on-mouseover displays first image. Also, have the search grid with ability to alternate row colors.
If you added drop-down options, you could always maintain in one table with an additional identifier as to what field it references.
