I opened a support ticket for this but the system doesn't display that my ticket got opened and it did not mail confirmed the ticket creation so I am hoping I can get some help on this forum.
I can no longer add or edit events after I upgraded from 2.1 to 2.3. I am currently running version 4.03 of DNN and i followed the directions for upgrading the module (deleting the files in the 2 different folders on the server before installing directly over the old version). When I upgraded I installed from the zip file named: DataSprings_DynamicRegistration_Module23_40THRU42.zip which should have been correct for my DNN version.
To rule out any problems with all the fields I had already set up in the registration form I added the module to a clean page and under the "registration completion events section pulled down the select event dropdown and clicked new event. after I do that the page refreshes and just above the module it has this error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".
I get a different error when trying to update existing events. If I click on an event to edit it refreshes and loads all the data but if I go to save it says "Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count."
If anyone has any ideas what I would need to do to be able to add or edit events that would be very helpful!
