Question Event with Checkbox group not working properly

    I've created a checkbox group with 8 items.  One item is called "Other".  When Other is checked a Question Event unhides a text field called "Other Notes".   This works fine if only the "Other" checkbox is checked.  However, if another checkbox in the Group is checked in addition to the "Other" checkbox, the "Other Notes" field remains hidden.

    I'm running Dynamic Forms v2.60.30.  Can anyone else verify this?

    Hi. Well I was able to duplicate this on our test servers here locally. Ill do some research next week to determine what is getting rendered back to the question event. By design it is supposed to be fired if a single checkbox item is selected (meaning that it should work if both other and something else is checked and not just if other is checked by itself)

    Gary,

    Hi. I believe we have a fix for this now. We are still in the process of testing this fix with all types of question events and the checkbox list/group field before posting it. Please contact us directly (ill email you with my direct contact info) and we can get this out to do to verify its working properly for your event.
