Hello. I wanted to report something.
I made a module and all was well. I wanted to try and explore some settings so I went to
Module Configuration
\.. Validation Configuration
\... and checked the box labeled "Validate Email Address"
After that when the module tries to render Firefox says the request is redirecting in a way that will never complete.
The help text next to the option says "Validate that the email address linked to the DNN Core email field is valid syntax."
None of my fields are linked to any DNN core fields of any sort. I made another form with a single field, and checked that box again and got the same result again.
Is this a known issue? I see the dropdown boxed to link fields to these core fields but have not set any of them. What's the reason to do so?
