I recently loaded Dynamic Forms onto a DNN 4.0.3  Installation.

It installed OK, but when I add the module on any page, this is the error message recieved:

    A critical error has occurred.
MinMax persistance type of cookie requires a ModuleId

Any suggestions would be most welcomed...

OK... I suppose the error message is a result of the older DNN version.

what is the minimum DNN version for 2.6 to run? I see 4.5.x for version 2.5. Is this still the same for 2.6?

Rather than upgrading the Dnn version, do you still have Dynamic Forms capable of running on a DNN version 4.0.3? And if so, How can retain a copy? The Current version 2.6 i have is an enterprise edition...

    Susan,

Hi. Yes we do have a version that supports this release of DNN, however I think its way back to 2.1/2.2, possibly 2.3. Please open a support ticket and we will get you this release.

As far as upgrading, there have been some significant improvemens in both DNN and Dynamic Forms (taking advantage of many improvements in DNN) so I would suggest and recommend upgrading. Especially as 4.4 introduced some major performance enhancements.
