    I have a querystring value that I use to populate the majority of my form data (using the initial sql rendering/bind setting).  The querystring value is and eventId.  Most events (not to be confused with client side events, Dynamic Form Events, etc...) that I have are very similar but depending on the event type some of the required information may vary.  For example one event may require the user to provide their birthdate and another event may require the user to provide their social security number.  I need a way to display the required question (in my example either the birthdate or the social security number) based on the querystring value that was passed.  Any ideas?
