Hi everyone,

I just wanted to know that a new incremental patch/build was just updated on Snowcovered.com (under the downloads and also patches and hot fixes). This incremental patch is still part of the 2.7 release and includes some minor fixes and enhancements. Below are the main points of interest:

• Previously you could only 'hide questions from these roles' within the advanced field settings. Enhancements have been added so that you can now select to hide (default) or 'show' based on security roles.
• Allow From Name for email events
• New setting under module configuration that will 'Set focus to first field on form'.  This enhancement is in reference to this thread relating to setting the focus on the first field on the form. 
• Ability for field data to be encrypted / decrypted, this has been an enhancement requested by several users over the last few months and is now an option to select under advanced field settings
• Dynamic PayPal Address, previouslly you could only specify a static PayPal address for the PayPal integration. An enhancement has been added so that if you name a field with a short field name of 'PayPalBuyerEmail' you can dynamically change the PayPal Buyer Email address (with whatever value that field contains)
• PayPal Integration Enhancement - Allow events to fire before PayPal submission.
• PayPal Integration Enhancement -  Enhancements for reporting needs under View Results. Add a 'Last Status IPN' within the PayPal payment integration. This will update this field within the form/view results with whatever the last status returned from PayPal is (i.e. pending, or subscription cancelled, etc...)
• SQL Completion Events - Now allow for external connection string
• Role Completion Events -  Currently role completion events are setup to either add or remove the user from a role based on the users response to a question. New enhancements have been added to add / remove as it is now, or Add only or Remove Only. Additional enhancements were added to allow the role expire date to be based on the number of days (has always allowed for this) or optionally defined by a set expire date (new feature).
• New enhancements to allow for 'hidden' fields to represented as postback/initiating question events. With this feature you can also utilize the ability to retrieve values from the querystring which will provide for powerful implementations with question events (so you can hide specific fields or show specific fields based on what is passed along to the URL)

Some fixes were also added to the drag/drop feature if no other fields were present on the form and other minor fixes. We will also be updating the trial version on datasprings.com to reflect the new 2.7.4 build.
