Hi I'm trying to set up multiple dynamic emails depending on a response to a field.

I have determined 6 specific responses that require corresponding dynamic emails.

I would like to have a 7th default dynamic email for all other responses.

I imagine this is very easy to do but I can't figure it out (and I don't have access to the original documentation)

    Help gratefully received!

Hi. Well currently there is an option to fire off completion events based conditionally upon a response, unfortunatly there is not a way to fire off an event if the response 'does not equal' or 'does not equal a combination' of responses etc... You would have to either have an 'Other' option within a response such as 'Red', 'Green', 'Blue', or 'Other' and then setup completion events for red, green, blue, and other etc... The other option is set a response for 'Any Field Response' and then it would always go out. These are currently the options for when you can fire completion events... The final option might be to use 'question events' or 'client side events' to set a hidden field value which would then fire the event. For example, if you had a field called 'firewhen' you could use a client side or question event to set the field value, then fire the event based on that field. This provides more options but takes more time to setup as client side events are javascript etc...
