I have added the following to the datasprings javascript file:
function vhcUpdateCart()
{
return 10;
}
I have a checkbox which is set to call the function using the javascript client side event. I use the following call:
$(Total) = vhcUpdateCart();
Where $(Total) is a textbox.
This function is just in its infancy, but it isn't working to populate the text box $(Total). I am able to populate $Total if i set the value to a hard coded value, and i had an alert in the javascript function at the beginning, so i know that it was getting called.
Does anyone see what i am doing wrong ? Or know what i need to do to get this to work?
