    Chad,

thanks for the help with the radio button issue.  I ended up writing a couple of custom javascript functions to change labels and hide some fields on the selection.

One last question (I hope).  As part of my form I have 5 image uploads.  I am saving my results to the database, therefore I am just saving the created image name.  When I bring up the form in 'update' mode with Initial SQL binding, the image that was uploaded shows, but it is the original image and is huge...screwing the page.

My question, is there a way I can also save the path to the thumbnail to my SQL table and bind that back as well with the SQL binding so it would show the thumbnail with a link to the original?

    Thanks.

BTW, one suggestion that would be nice would be to allow an administrator also to adjust the size of the original image during the upload.  This would make it easier to standardize image look.  Just a thought

You have a great name as well!!

    - Chad

    Chad,

Hi. Sorry for the late follow up on this (sometimes when I search Active threads I think I was the last to respond... probably the only time when Chad isn't a good first name for you ).

Hmmm.... I think you would be best to either include 'tn_' within the query used for your SQL binding, or initially stored 'tn_' when saving the field to the database. Basically all thumbnails are stored as tn_filename within the DynamicForms_Images directory.
