We are new users and have a few questions.
When I export the Excel list of folks who have signed up, I see in the last column a 0 or an 11. I assume these tell me which of our two web sites the user signed up at. In some cases a user has found both of our web sites and signed up in the same Category on both web sites. Will this cause them to get duplicate Newsletters from us?
We will be creating three different Newsletters. Depending on which of the three Categories they select, folks will get a Newsletter with the information they asked for. In the Excel export I do not see which of the three Categories they are in. Am I correct in assuming that I can let folks opt-in to the same Newsletter from two different dnn web sites? Am I also correct in assuming that the long code I see in the Excel export will make sure they get the correct Newsletter(s)?
