Hi all - hoping someone can help me with this.  I have some calculations that are done to total a form (then that amount, which appears in a read-only field is passed to PayPal).  The problem is that when someone accidentally hits enter on one of the required fields before completing the form, the form reloads and the calculations are lost and no total is transferred to PayPal.

I've found that if I make the total field not read-only that it works fine, but I don't want users to be able to enter their own totals in the box.

    Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Hi Dan, go to "Module Configurations" and under "General Settings", you should see an entry "Enter key forces form submission". Make sure this is un-check; that way if a user hits "enter key", it won't submit the form. -- David

David - thanks, but what if the user actually hits Submit, then the form reloads because there were some required fields not completed - how do I get the calculation to retotal itself automatically in a read-only field?

HI Dan, about your javascript calculation, do you have it under "Initial Javascript" under Module Configuration as well? Or do you just have it in the textbox field? You should also place it under "Initial Javascript" for page load. See if this fixes the problem. -- David
