I am trying to create a form where each row may have a different number of columns, somehow I cannot get the columns to line up correctly.

    • assuming the 1st row is 4 columns max width set to 100px distribution is great at 150px per column
    • assuming the 2nd row is 3 columns max width set to 200px now nothing lines up.

I am pretty new at this, I checked all examples and they all seem to be single column forms.

Can any one point me right?

    Thanks.

HI Franc, can you export your XML DF content page to www.betasprings.com (username: host, password: dnnhost) and send us the URL link so we can take a look at your form? Also, what version of DNN and DF are you running? -- David

Hey, I am having the same problem.
    I uploaded my form here:
    http://www.betasprings.com/Dynamic-...fault.aspx
Basically, it seems that my longer fields (like some of the radio button options) push the left column way too much, even when I put a column span on them.
I need to be able to have the few "show on prior row" not be so far off to the right. Let me know if this makes sense...
    Thanks
    Tim

    Hi Tim,

Please take a look at your betasprings form now.  I adjusted the Marital Status to column span 1 and it looks correct now.  I will also suggest that you click on Advanced Wizard and select all your HTML field types then select column span and then enter 10  then hit run wizard.   I believe you only have it set to 4.  Letting them span through 10 columns should make it look better.  Thanks1
