Hi;
I am using Dynamic Forms for people to subscribe to our newsletter and have placed the subscribe in a sidebar on our site. The box is relatively small, but in IE there is quite a bit of space under the Submit button (approx. 30px) which makes the box look funny.
I have looked at the source of the page and I believe the space is created by following html code:
and
Is there a way to hide this or is there anything I can do to squash it. Note in Firefox there is also some space but probably only half the height.
Thanks
Thomas |

Can you provide a screenshot of what it looks like since I can't see what's happening in your message above.-- David |

Hi David; Thanks for the quick reply, the best is to go to http://dotnetnuke.clickalifecoach.com where you can see what is happening. You can see the Join Newsletter box on the right side in the sidebar. If you view it in IE you will see more space after the Submit than in FF, which is probably due to the fact that IE handles empty paragraphs and empty table cells differently. However in both browser, ideally I would like to get rid of the empty space after the submit. Thanks Thomas |

Hi Thomas,
I have had a similar issue and was able to fix it by deleting the footer and header of the form. Important: you have to change to HTML-View inside the editor to delete everything.
Hope this will help

Hi guys,
Can you please check in Host, Module Definition and tell me what Dynamic Forms versions you are on? I believe this has been fixed since DF 2.7.5 and I just want to make sure that you have the update. That is, if you haven't upgraded to 3.0 yet! Thanks for your feedback.

Sorry still no luck, tried Joerg's suggestion but it didn't change anything in the appearance. I believe you were talking about the Header/Footer under Module Configuration. Candace, just wondering, where can I download Dynamic Forms 3.0. I purchased the Data Springs Collection 2 months ago and I can't see the upgrade in Snowcovered under Patches? Thanks Thomas |

Hi Thomas,
Yes, I was referring to the Header/Footer but I thought the fix covered your issue also. Now I know it does not! I'll bring this up with Chad.
If you log into your Snowcovered account, you should find this either under Patches and Hotfixes or under MyDownloads. Let me know if you don't see it there. We've had some minor issues if you got the collection or the enterprise but they should be fixed now. Thanks!

Hi Candace, I downloaded and installed 3.0 and it looks a little bit better. However looking the HTML Source of the page ( http://www.clickalifecoach.com) there is still an empty paragraph around the footer, resulting in empty space showing up in IE. Regards Thomas |

I installed the 3.0 version again and it looks better now. It seems the first installed was not successful. Thomas |
