I have a form with a Dynamic Email event. The email is delivered properly, everything is cool there.

The problem is with saving the email message:
I enter something like: "Hi $(FirstName), your message has been received." above the results table, then click Update Event ... no errors are reported, but when I open the event up again, my message is gone (yet the results template remains).

I have tried this using Chrome, Firefox, and IE. No luck with either of the browsers.

    What am I missing?

HI, please see Candace post concerning Dynamic Forms 3.0 Known Issues here on this forum. Anyhow, one issue is:
    * Not all Rich Text Editors and DNN® versions support AJAX, therefore if you are using Rich Text Fields or having problems saving emails events or other properties with the Rich Text Editor, you can disable AJAX within module configuration under the Module Configuration, General Settings section.

Another option is to switch to regular Text Box and save your email message this way.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I disabled AJAX within module configuration, and it is working fine now.

I'll read the Known Issues and suggested workarounds more closely before posting next time...

Awesome... We will review this too, we are working to implement more and more AJAX but there are some field types that have issues with it. Thanks for your feedback and I am sure this thread will help others running into this problem. Basically right now, if you are using the CAPTCHA field you will need to turn AJAX off for the form under module configuration.

    Thanks!
