Weird problem with show hidden question event

    I am trying to setup a question event that shows the next question, and then the 2nd question shows the 3rd, and so on.

     

    However, when the 1st question is answered - all of the subsequent hidden questions are shown - even when they shouldn't be shown until the 2nd or 3rd questions are answered.

    I tried deleting all question events and re-creating them (a tedious task) and still no luck.

     

    I have three Dynamic Forms on my site - otherwise I would just truncate the QuestionEvents table...
