Completion Event--Send Email--Not working

    I have three forms on this site, all have completion events to send notification to the administrator when the form is submitted. However, even though the settings appear the same for all of the forms, one form completion event DOES NOT WORK. i.e. it doesn't send the email notifications. There was one difference in the setup that I did detect, which was that the malfunctioning form had a BCC email address. I tried removing this, to no avail. 

    Any reason why one form's completion event would not work and the other two work fine? 

    I'm pulling out whatever little hair I have left on this. 

    Help please, before I go completely bald!!!

    Can you post a screen shot of the event that's not working?  You probably just need a fresh set of eyes.

    Thanks for your speedy reply. False alarm, user error. I somehow managed to put the $(email) code in the $(Name) code field and visa versa. duh!! anyway, all is good now. This is the most useful module I have ever owned. I really love you, Chad and Data Springs!!!!!
