I am using dynamic forms to enable visitors to register for events. Rather than loading their personal details each time, I'd like them to capture their details into DNN UserProfile table - then pull these values into the form automatically using a page load event.

    Hi David,
Each one of the fields in the form has to be mapped to the DNN user account. The way this is done is to go to Manage Questions in the control panel. Then in the Advanced Field Options of the Dynamic Form there is a drop down box called: DotNetNuke User Default. Clicking this drop down allows one to select each field and update the form thus mapping each field to the DNN core. The one thing to keep in mind is that the values displayed will not really be editable because Dynamic Forms only pulls data from the core. However, with Dynamic Registration you can view and update data that is mapped to fields in the DNN core.
