My site is running with IE8 compatibility (due to Flash Image Rotator not working under IE9) and my initial javascript (a simple alert) will not run. I've run it on Firefox and it works fine, and Firebug does not show any script errors. I just loaded the latest version 3.40.50. Site is DNN 4.9.5.

    Hi Tracy,

That is strange... it shouldn't have a problem, you might need to see if there are any JavaScript errors popping up on the page.

FYI - The latest release of Dynamic Image Rotator does support IE9.

    Hi Tracy,
The latest version of DNN is 5.6.2.  You now have the latest version of Dynamic Forms ( 3.4) and you are running it on an earlier version of DNN ( 4.9.5). Can you update your DNN to 5.6.2 as that would be the best thing to do.  Before you do there might be a work around.  Can you take a look at this post as it might help.  It is about a previous user who had problems with Dynamic Forms 3.4 on dnn 4.9. I will also look for more info that might help  http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community...t-3-5.aspx

I can't update DNN. Newer versions require v2008 of SQL Server, which we currently don't have and can't get. Everything else about DF runs fine in DNN 4.9.5.

There are no javascript errors on the page. Both Firebug and IE Developer tools show no errors. Page works fine in Firefox. Also works fine in IE 9 on my development site, but that doesn't force IE 8 compatibility.

At this point the issue is almost moot. The latest version of DF fixed the problem I needed the initial javascript for, and when I get the latest version of Flash Image Rotator I won't need to force compatibility mode. So don't spend a lot of time on this.

For what it's worth, when I had "Form Processing / Submission AJAX" set to "Form Processind and Form Submission" and clicked Submit the form didn't show the submission message and continue link (just acted like I did nothing), but the initial javascript DID run then, just not on page load. Had to click submit a second time to get it to show the submit messagen though, so I set that option back to disabled.
