    I've created a dynamic form, and I'd like to use client-side validation (exclusively) to validate my form.  Among the questions in my form is a radio-button list with an "Other" option.  The "Other" option is wired to a question event that shows another text box question.  (A "please specify" type of thing.)

     

    On my application (Dynamic Forms 2.70.00, DNN 4.06.02), client-side required-field validation isn't firing for the radio button list.  I tried to reproduce the issue on betasprings.com (Dynamic Forms 2.70.51, DNN 5.0.0), and couldn't reproduce it, with seemingly identical settings.

     

    Is there a changelog anywhere, or can anyone tell me if this newest version of Dynamic Forms may have resolved my issue?  I'd hate to install a new version of the module if it's unlikely I'll get a fix out of it, at this late hour of this project.

    First, let's get you on the latest build which is Dynamic Forms 2.70.05 now, I believe. Please go to Patches and Hot Fixes in Snowcovered.com and download the file. Let me know if the problem persists after you install this on your site. Thanks!

    I can do that, although now I have another, more fundamental question: IS there client-side validation on radiobutton questions, in 2.70.x?   I've seen other forum posts that would indicate radio-button type questions are server-side validation only.
