    You could technically do this as long as the skin didn't change dynamically(if it did there is another route I think). You could use a SQL default value and the token $(TabID) to pass the value of the current tabID and then have the storedprocedure pull different results based on that Tab...

    Thanks Chad. That's the tip we needed. Our use case is that we want to have the same "Contact Us" form on several pages but the default submit to department will change depending on where on the site the form is displayed.

    I tested a stored procedure with the $(TabID) token to set the default value of a text box and it worked great. I didn't see the SQL default value option for combo boxes.

    Hi. There is not currently a SQL default value for a combo box... However you can use SQL Options and within that SQL you can reference tokens such as $(TabID) etc... There is also a default value option for combo box's, just not a SQL default value...
