Can't get error msg to display for regex validation

    I have added regular expressions to several of my fields (phone, email, username, and password) and although the regular expressions are validating, I cannot get the validation message for the regular expression to appear to the right of my fields.  I have added text to the Regular Expression error message, but the only thing that appears to the right of my field when the regular expression fails is a red *.   Using version 2.7.

    Hi Michael,

    Can you please verify in Module Configuration, Validation Configuration that both client side and server side validation are enabled? Thanks!

    Hi. I just spoke to Chad and confirmed that the next release with this fix is still scheduled for 4/15, barring any unexpected testing issues. Can you tell me, though, if the error message shows up at the top or bottom, at all?

    Hi

    I have the same effect (since a long time).
    Additionally, if I want my the validation summary (for required fields) at the bottom, they are not shown up, (only on top).
