    Hi;

    I am using DUR on our website and I have configured it already to display users belonging to 3 different roles, which are available for everyone to see. Never had any problems setting it up and I am still able to use the Control Panel for this module.

    However we have the need to use another instance of DUR on another page. I have placed a new instance on the page, and everytime I click on Initial Setup or Control Panel, I can see the is trying to load but nothing happens. After a while the screen just stays the same.

    I then tried to export the configuration of the previous module and loaded it in the new module, which worked fine and I was able to view the Control Panel. However after doing changes to the page any subsequent try to use the Control Panel fails with the page just timing out.

    There is no error message or anything, have you seen this problem before and do you have any suggestions?

    I am using DUR 2.5.5 and DNN 4.9.2

    HI Thomas, if you go to Admin / Event Viewer, do you see any error messages relating to the issue of timeouts,etc? Also, what else is on this particular page, just DUR? How about deleting this page altogether if nothing is important on it and creating a new page and then inserting DUR on this page? -- David

    Hi David;
    Just checked teh event viewer, there are no timeout messages or any other messages related to DUR. On Saturday I was actually able to maintain the Control Panel via Firefox, but I just tried again today FF and IE and I get the timeout again.

    This does not happen for any DUR modules that I added to my pages prior to the last patch 2.5.5.

    When I add DUR to another new page (without any other modules) the same happens (timeout).

    Weird currently I am able to get into the Control Panel without any problems, I'll be monitoring this in the future and if I have the problem again, give you access.

    I'm having the exact same problem with a newly installed module (trial version). Did you ever figure out why this happened or what fixed it?

    Hi Tony;
    Unfortunately not, what I have done at one stage though is switch from Internet Explorer to Firefox. Currently it is working in both browsers though.
    It just seemed if I tried often enough and waited patiently eventually it would work.

    Thanks Thomas. That's really unfortunate. We're trying to decide whether to purchase this module or not, but I can't get it to work at all.

    Tony apart from this the module works quite well and the support is really good. Check out http://www.clickalifecoach.com/Sear...fault.aspx to see what we have done with the module.

    Only issue I hope will be added soon to the module is that I would like to change the page title, description and keywords depending on the user profile that is currently shown.
