I'm trying to set up a form where the user can enter their email address and then get redirected to a new page where they will be able to copy a URL and HTML code snippet that they can then use to post on their website and use for referral tracking in another system we use. So if you enter your email as email@datasprings.com and click Submit, you would get sent to a page with 2 text boxes.
1. Your Personalized URL: www.datasprings.com/?ref=$(Email), which would be email@aweber.com
2. Your personalized HTML code: Click here to join
(I can't get the HTML code to show in this post, but the idea is it would give them a code that they could copy and paste directly into a website or blog.)
I know how to pass the $(Email) variable via query string, but I'm not sure how I can set the default values of 2 text boxes on the second page.
Let me know if this makes any sense, or if there is an easier way to do what I am trying to do. Any help, as always, is greatly appreciated!
