I'm unable to create a question event in Dynamic Forms (2.2).

I have created a simple Dynamic Test Form with 2 form elements

Form Element 1 = Test
Form Element 2 = result (set hidden until forced visible by question event)

I tried to create a Question Event Called QE1 which should display the result element based upon the Test Element response.

When I try to set up the event there is nothing available to select in the dropdown list for the Initial Postback Question & Affect Question items.

I'm stuck. 

Also, I'm using an object qualifier on the DNN database.  Not sure this is a possible cause.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi. Question Events have to be initially fired off from a specific question type. For example a textbox field cannot fire a question event. I believe the field types that support postback are checkbox, combo box, radio button, etc... Do you have some of those fields and it still doesn't appear?

Some success.

I've changed the Test Element to a radio button with options of Yes or No.

Result element remains hidden.

For my new question Event  (QE1) I've selected Display Hidden Question.

Initiation /Postback Question = Test

Initiation Response = Yes selected

Affected question = Result

When I click Update Question Event I get the following ...

A critical error has occurred.
Invalid object name 'DynamicForms_Question'.

 

 

 

 

Another odd issue with the above critical error.

I refresh the form and now the "Result" element displays even though it is still set to be hidden.  I tried several times to reset the hidden property and update the field but it refuses to go hidden.  Soooo....

I attempted to create a Question Event (QE1) which will Hide the Result element upon selecting Yes on the Test radio button.

Same Critical Error as before but the event actually works. but ...I cannot see the event (QE1) listed in the Dropdown list!
