I'm having an issue in regards to an upgraded install of Dynamic Registration 4.0.

Everything was working fine prior to the update, now any new user must hit the register button twice in order for the form to register the user. When this happens, the "message after initial registration" text does not show and it automatically takes the new user to the redirected area.

I have not changed any settings and was wondering if anyone else had this problem?

Anyone? I tried removing my validation responses and still no go.

 

It goes through the processing image overlay that's with the new Dynamic Registration 4.0 and then blanks out with no errors, then you have to click register again to actually register.

Hi Antonio,

I have not heard this previously reported.  First, I want to make sure you are on the most current version.  Can you please check in Host, Module Definitions and tell me your exact DR version?  There is a 40.00.21 patch you can access in Snowcovered.com under Patches and Hotfixes. 

If the problem persists with the patch, please see if you can duplicate this on our test site, www.betasprings.com (log in with host / dnnhost ).  Just create your own page with Dyn Registration as the parent page.  Then let us know your results and your page url here so we can review it further.

Unfortunately I have 4.00.10 and do not have the new patch available for download under my account on snowcovered.

 

I will try and replicate on betasprings.

FYI...I bought the Datasprings Collection and didn't find the 4.00.21 patch in the "Patches and Updates" screen, but I did find it in the downloads screen (first entry, dated 12/8)

Maybe you could look there if you also bought the collection instead of the individual module
