     Hi

    I generate a reference number which is stored in a hidden field on my form.

    When the user submits, I want to redirect them to a "Application Successful" page that thanks them for their application and tells them their reference number.

    How can I do this?

    HI, there's an easier way to do this. You can go to Module configuration / Question header and footer and choose the "Display after Save Message" and here, you can type out your "thank you message" along with the shortname token of the reference number. This way, you don't have to create a separate page to re-direct them to. If you want to redirect them to a separate page, make sure to pass your hidden reference number as a querystring variable and in the receiving page, create the same hidden field and have it retrieve from querystring variable. -- David
