    Hey gang!

    As you know, twice this week (and also in the past) we've had people get the Critical Error message (object reference not set) when they are entering the wrong password. It really freaks them out and didn't give me enough information to figure out the problem. How can I re-set that language to solve the problem?

    Can you try checking under Admin / Languages go to Local Resources and choose Desktopmodules and find Dynamic Login and click on the .ascx file find the message you want to change. Perhaps this will work although if someone enters an invalid password, it should say so and not post "Critical Error message".

    Could you also check under Admin / Event Viewer and see if there's more detailed error message relating to login issue? Thanks. -- David

    Hi Meredith.. That seems really weird that this would start happening. We are now having problems too signing into your site but not sure why. Do you know when this started happening? We can try and reinstall the latest version of Dynamic Login however we don't have anyone else reporting this yet and I am not sure of the specifics... We can switch Dynamic Login back to the standard login module to determine if its login specific or user specific etc...

    Whatever you can do would be great! However, I think I have the latest version and have had it for some time. So why now and not last week? Sure enough, our survey is reporting a slew of login problems.
