DF 3.3 Installation Issue

    Hi,

    I recently downloaded and installed the DF 3.3 trial from the Data Springs website. A few days later, I decided to purchase it from snowcovered and downloaded the full version from their website.

    Without uninstalling the trial, I then installed the full version but get the following error:

    Failure A newer version of this package is already installed - 3.30.20
    A newer version of this package is already installed - 3.30.20

    I assume this is because the trial version I installed is newer than the full version, so please send me the latest full version asap.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for your reply. I did download the full version from My Downloads on snowcovered, but that version is 3.30.11 and the trial version on the Data Springs website is 3.30.20, hence the problem.

    Please make the full version 3.30.20 available for download from snowcovered asap.
