    New to DNN, the Dynamic Forms as well as this forum. I'm making a form that is to go with a chairity "engraved brick" walkway and I'd like to know how I could make question on the form that require up to 15 individual boxes to represent how the person buying  brick wants to ave it engraved. It is also important that some of these boxes could be left blank. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to do this? I made the form without the boxes but it would be much more clear if each line had boxes for the exact charcter layout the customer wanted.

    HI, how about creating a checkbox group field? Have 15 options available for them to check and uncheck,etc. Note that all our fields can include/render HTML so you could essentially embed images of what the engraving looks like for each option.

    I hope this explains what you want to achieve. If possible, you could include a screenshot of what you want the form to look like. -- David

    Hi, no checkbox group means you can check and uncheck but there's no way to type in characters. -- David
