     Hi Ess,

    I'm not sure I understand your question but if you mean you want to save your form and its all it's settings to be used for another page, you can use the Export Content function from the module menu and save it to a specified folder.  Then you can import this into another page.  Please let me know if you were referring to something else.  Thanks!
