I installed the dynamic registration module, ran the wizard and imported an earlier exported xml from the same module on another page. After the import I noticed that instead of the * hiding the characters I could read the password I was typing. It became so to say a normal textbox. Same thing with confirm password field.

I'd rather not like to do all the work over again. Is there a known issue for the import about this?

Anybody run into this problem before? And has a solution.

    Thanks in advance.

    Jan,

Whats probably happening is that after the import its not settings the password and confirm password fields under DNN Core Integration correctly. Can you verify after the import that its setting these correctly? If not, re-selecting the password fields under DNN Core Integration area should fix you up.

Thanks Chad. Indeed the DNN Core Integration settings had to be reset. Apparently they were reset by the import. Reapplying the correct settings in the DNN Core Integration part did the trick.
I can understand that there can be only one passwordfield, same for confirm password and username field but at least a small warning saying to check the DNN Core Integration settings would have been helpful.

Hope this post helps other people. At least it helped me a lot.

    Thanks Chad for your help.
