Hi There,

 

I've just purchased Dynamic Login to try and get cross portal SSO working. However I have hit an issue almost immediatly.

 

DNN is version 5.4.1, and the latest DL 3.3 (DR4 is also on this portal)

I have kept all the default settings when setting up the module apart from turning on SSO ,setting the default portal, and turning on sync for every login.

 

When I log in as a user who as yet doesnt exist in my new portal I get  a critical error: Invalid Object 'UserRoles'

 

The trace from the log viewer is a bit more descriptive:

After closer investigation it looks like it maybe the storedproc : 

 

DataSprings_DynamicLogin_SyncUserRolesBetweenPortals

 

I am guessing the error is that my database has a tableprefix ( {objectQualifier}) of taxclub_ and not all of that stored procedure has the objectqualifier in. (specifically the section just below the comment: -- insert user role into child portal)

 

I could try and work round this, but not 100% exactly sure exactly what needs to be in that storedproc, so is there any chance you could look into it for me please?

Hi. I apologize... This was a brand new feature that was just implemented within the new 3.3 release and I think that the stored procedure is missing the object qualifier. If you can click the 'Contact Us' and let us know your orderID we can get you a patch out right away. You can also disable that checkbox to auto sync users roles temporarily and the error should go away. I apologize for the issue.

I've gone through the contact us page now, and temporarily turned off the sync.

Thanks for the email Andy, it appears that the fix I sent you corrected the issue. If anyone else has this issue let us know however we are updating the file on Snowcovered to reflect the fix.
