    Hi,  I have installed the Dynamic Login trial version on my DNN 4.9.3 site and the installation completed with no errors. 

    However now I'm having problems opening the control panel - I get an error:

    Error: Control Panel is currently unavailable.
    DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: D:\wwwroot\iteach\dnn4\DesktopModules\Dynamic Login\DynamicLoginEdit.ascx(4): error BC30560: 'UpdatePanel' is ambiguous in the namespace 'System.Web.UI'. ---> 

    etc.etc.

    Any ideas?  many thanks, isabel

    Hi Isabel,

    This can happen if you have multiple versions of AJAX installed on your site.  Would you happen to be running something like NukePress Blog on your site?  Thanks!

    Hi, yes I did have NukePress on that site! What is the fix for this? I've managed to get it working on a dev site that only has DNN core modules. However the installation that I want to use it on has something else (not NukePress) that is clashing. Possibly the DNN-Spot Chatroom module?

    all are 4.9.3 installations

    Hi Isabel,

    Well Nuke Press (at least at one point) was having their module/installation file actually modify the web.config and change some settings away from the what DNN comes with out of the box... They changed/fixed this and we have had to direct multiple customers to their support staff and developer (Jason) for him to give you a fix or tell you how to fix it. I would open a support ticket with them and let them know the issue you are having and ask them what changes they need to make to the web.config.
