    Is it possible to install the dynamic registration form more than once with different questions on the different forms? I want to have two different kind of usergroups with separate registration options.

    Problem is what happens if a user from one group goes to the registration form of the other and tries to update his data. Will he loose his other registration?

    For the moment I have 2 different checkboxes on both forms and  when I check the one on the first form the one on the other forms gets unchecked. They should keep their value whatever happens on the other form.

    Anyone tried this before?

    Yes. You can install multiple DNN forms on one page, and then with DNN module settings only show the form to the appropriate DNN user group. This works for me.
    The issue with one form informing the other didn't happen to me. Did you make a clone of the first module (mirror it) or did you build it from scratch/imported the data? In the first case a.f.a.i.k. the two forms share the same ID and so are basically one. If this is the case, try to create a new form (or import the data from the first).
