    I have a basic registration form with Username, Password, Confirm Password and  Email Address fields and the Register link. No other fancy java checks or cookies etc.

    Yet I note from the source for this page, which only contains the registration form, it has gone from containing links to 6 Java files to 16 Java files,     from 5.6K for HTML to 15K. Examining the html code shows that all the java used for the control panel for the registration module is loaded even though the user is not even logged in.

    Can all this extra Java, code and links, not be removed when not logged in as an Admin or Host ?

    Hello Ush,

    When you view the page source there is a perfectly good reason why all of this Javascript shows. We use VB.net and when the browser interprets everything it converts the Visual Basic to Javascript because all the browser understands is internet languages. Visual Basic is the strongly typed language which allows all of the functionality to work with all of our modules.

    The browser sees all of the Visual Basic but doesn't know how to interpret it so it converts of the VB to javascript in the source code. Same goes for C#, it will be translated.

    You can't simply disable all of the VB or else you won't have a module that works.
