In the System Layout/Email settings, when I enter a "display after save message" and hit update message, the message won't update and the page refreshes to still show the original message: Site Administrator: Set this message up under Layout Settings...
I have to go in and enter it 3 or 4 times and sometimes need to reload the entire page a few times to get the message to update.

Hello Scholnik,
When you save your message in the editor for Display after save, are you clicking the hyperlink - "Update Message" instead of the hyperlink at the very bottom "Update Settings"?
This is possible why it's not getting saved to the database, because your updating settings and not the message itself.
Please let me know if this helps you, look for the Update Message hyperlink which is a little below the editor and to the right.

I am clicking on the hyperlink for "Update Message" just below the editor and when the page refreshes there is a little red message saying "Message Updated" even though it hasn't...

Hi Scholnik,
What specific Dynamic Forms version are you using? Also what DNN version are you on? There are some known issues with DF 3.0 (and 3.1 I think) and DNN 5.x. Try this: edit the display after save message but this time, before you hit update message, switch the editor to basic instead of rich text.
Another thing to consider is the size of the message. If you enter a simple "Thank you" message, will it save?

We are using DNN version 5.02 and Dynamic Forms version 3.1. Apparently in my absence over the past few weeks we had installed DF 3.3 and had so many problems that we reverted back to 3.1 and have been having new issues ever since.
Is there supposed to be a limit as to the size of the message? I have been able to get it to work with trying over and over until it finally takes...

Switching to basic text editor seemed to work - I will let you know if this fails to work in the future... thanks for your help!
