Hi
We are using Datasprings Dynamic Registration 4.0.71 on DNN 5.1. We have a custom registration page set as the user registration/edit screen in Admin. Our problem is, when you go to the module settings and select Manage Users, then edit a user, no fields show up. We just see a Registration/Cancel Registration Link. Our assumption is that we should see the same thing as when you go Admin->User Accounts-> and Edit a user. Is there a config setting we are missing? Can you give us any hints in how to troubleshoot?

Hi Brian,
That is strange. Let me ask you a few questions.
1. Is this happening as you're logged in as host or admin? Or is it happening only when logged in with a role authorized to manage users?
2. Does it behave differently when you use a different browser like FireFox or IE?
3. As a regular user, Are you able to register and update as normal?
4. Is payment integration enabled?
5. Did the Manage User work before and just started having problems?

Host and Admin 2. Does it behave differently when you use a different browser like FireFox or IE? Does not seem to be. 3. As a regular user, Are you able to register and update as normal? yes 4. Is payment integration enabled? no 5. Did the Manage User work before and just started having problems? It worked and just stopped working. We can not think of any changes that have occured to this installation in a while. After it stopped working we tried upgrading to version 3.x to 4.0.71 to see if that resolved the issue. It did not. |

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the details. It's hard to pin this down, especially that it used to work (it's working on our side, too). Let's do this: Please load Dynamic Registration on a completely new page and set up just the basic fields using the Setup Wizard. Does this page behave correctly? We can then start identifying what the difference is if this new page works. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Good suggestion. I have created a new page, and even without setting up any fields, the manage users did not work. Same behavior. |

YOu got me stumped, Brian, because I am not able to duplicate this at all. Can you give us temporary host rights? Please use the Contact Us Support Form and give us the following,
1. The URL to your DR page
2. A host login
3. Your invoice ID
4. Your DNN version
5. The URL to this forum theread for reference.
