    Hi all,

    The newsletter archive on my website has stopped working.  When you click on the newsletter, it does not open.

    Seems to have happened since the upgrade to DNN 5.

    Any ideas what may have gone wrong?

    Using URLMaster, Pageblaster.

    It's says 4.10.40
    and other modules are 4.10.0

    Hi Rod,

    Its hard to know specifically what the issue is because the 4.1 release is several years old and not currently supported against 5.x (5.x wasn't around when the 4.1 release was developed and tested etc...). I would check and see if there is a JavaScript error and also test without the other 3rd party components such as URL Master to see if they are causing a conflict.

    I would also suggest upgrading to the latest 4.3 release as its currently the only version that is supported.

    Is the 4.3 a paid update, or a maintenance release?

    Not sure how to go about purchasing an upgrade for the collection (v2 > v4). Is this done via Snowcovered?

    Hi Rod,

    Yes, this is done in Snowcovered.  You should see a 40% discount applied at checkout when you upgrade from v4.1 to Opt In Email 4.3.  Thanks!

    What if I want to update the whole collection from v2 > v4?

    There doesn't appear to be any discounts applied using Snowcovered.

    The Snowcovered discount system is so counterintuitive. The discounts at the bottom of the page indicate a discount for the latest version only if you purchase the previous version!? What's the point of that?

    Hi Rod,

    Yes, the verbiage in Snowcovered is confusing.  It actually should say "Get xx% discount on Product v.2 if you purchased Product v.1"  We've given the feedback to Snowcovered and it's just a matter of getting to this item in their task list. 

    Meanwhile, there is no discount applicable when upgrading from v2.0 to the Collection 4.0 (there is a 50% discount from v3.0 based on our Upgrade Policy). 

    However, I can verify this for you if you can give me your nvoice ID from your last collection purchase through the Contact Us Support Form.  Please include a URL to this thread for reference.  Thanks!
