    I just upgraded to 3.4 of DynamicForms and then to DNN 5.5.1. At the same time but in that order.

    Now I have a problem that when I alter a form completion event (actually try to change the db connection string on an updatedToDb) it does not save the changes. I press Update Event, and there is no error message but when I go back to the page I find my changes have not been saved.

    Is this general problem, or do I have some setting wrong somewhere after the upgrade?

    Hi James,

    What version did you upgrade from?  Is this for an email completion event? Please try this:  go to Module Configuration and disable AJAX and hit update.  Then edit the completion event again and see if the changes sticks.  Please let me know what happens.  Thanks!

    I have:
    disable Ajax within module configuration - true
    Form proc. submi. ajax Disabled
    disable jquery false
    hide ajax popup false
    hide progress for ajax false.

    Upgrade was from 3.3.40

    The problem only occurs on the field "External DB Connection". If I change something in the sql statement, this is saved, but not if I try to change something in the connection string.

    Also changing a mail event works ok.

    Hi James,

    Looks like we found the bug and this fix will be included in the next release. It's saving it as a new event but not when the event is updated. As a workaround in the meantime, you can create a new event with the new info and then delete the old event. Thanks!
