    Hi - Can you let me know what version of Opt In Email you are running on and what version of DNN? If you are running on 4.3 or higher can you send me a screenshot of what you see if you go into 'View Logs'? This isn't helping much because Opt In Email has a couple of schedules, one for sending newsletters, one for sending email campaigns, one for checking bouncback emails, etc...
